Leanne was a COO for many years and learned the nuance of small business. She learned how to coach employees, how to address leadership, and most importantly how to find solutions. She’s trained in Traction/EOS and Working Genius. She has real solutions for your business.

Leanne is also a writer, speaker, wedding coordinator, and manager. Most importantly, she’s a wife and mom of 6 amazing kids! In her free time, you might find her reading, exercising, or having coffee with a friend.
